• To strengthen or enhance our community relationships and work to strategically position healthcare providers, ensuring accessible high-quality healthcare is available to everyone in the region.
• To evaluate new program development, new services, advanced medical expertise, and technology applications to meet the evolving healthcare needs of the people of Nacogdoches County.
• Conduct a community health needs assessment (CHNA) every three years, and work with other healthcare providers to adopt an implementation strategy at the conclusion of each CHNA.
• To live healthy lives, people need access to services, knowledge of available resources, and a supportive economic and social environment.  A priority for Nacogdoches County Hospital District is to work within our community to develop methods and paths for which people will be able to enhance their lives.
