Rhonda McCabe, CAO

Rhonda delivers more than 30 years of medical industry experience to her role as CAO for the Nacogdoches County Hospital District. She has spent most of her career in organizations that are financially stressed, so she understands how to stretch tight budgets and has a true understanding of the importance of revenue cycle management. Her resume includes work in a variety of practices, from large non-profit systems to a 25- bed surgical hospital. She also co-founded a medical billing company to provide health organizations with supportive, effective and skilled staff.  Rhonda is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and has a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the Medical College of Virginia. Eager to give back to the community she now calls home, Rhonda serves as co-chair for the Reflections of Hope organization.
